When Anita and I purchased a double plot at Kinellan some years ago, our plan was develop the upper plot for ourselves - hence The Round House - and the other with an exemplar ecological house to sell on. This is now reaching completion and is a blend of locally-sourced and healthy components, a low-carbon heating system, solar panels, slates and gorgeous copper gutters and downpipes in an original design, but a design which acknowledges the rural context yet is plainly of this time.

While the surrounding landscaping is complete and the newly-sown grass coming through nicely and the exterior of the house is also largely complete, there are opportunities for a prospective purchaser to vary the interior finishes to a degree.
